Pricing

When you contact Si Se Puede! we will give you an estimated price by phone or email. When the co-op member arrives at your home, they will confirm or revise that figure and give you a final price. We do not charge an hourly rate because we want to do the best possible cleaning, and spend as long as necessary to complete the job thoroughly. Every home is different, but below are some sample price ranges.

Apartments

Average Studio, 1 Bath – $125

Average 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath – $145

Average 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath – $165

Average 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath – $175

Average 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath – $185

Lofts

Average Studio, 1 Bath – $155

Average 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath – $160

Appointments are available 7 days a week. We generally require a minimum of 48 hours notice to schedule a first appointment. To schedule an appointment, please call us at 347-662-2440, Monday – Friday, 9:15 am – 4:45 pm.
